Sometimes we forget just how grateful we should be for the amazing life we have. If you find yourself looking at the sunshine and still getting rained on, try this little exercise:
- Start writing a list of words that describe you, your life, and what you want to see more of.
- Invite this into your life.
- Go ahead and jot down several hundred – you’ll find that more come to you as you get into it.
- When you start feeling better, consider slapping them into a Wordle (follow the link below for a fun tool on Wordle.net).
- SMILE! You already feel better for being proactive!
