Interview with fellow speaker Derrick Hayes

Derrick Hayes is a fellow speaker and author who posts interviews with questions prompted from the letters of his name:

D is for Dream. What is your dream, goals or what have you achieved?

E is for Encourage. What encourages you?

R is for Resource. What resources do you bring to the table that makes you unique or stand out?

R is for Ready. When did you realize you were ready for what you are doing now?

I is for Individual. Name at least one person that you know that you feel others should learn about and why?

C is for Continue. When you fail, things look bleak or are not optimistic what makes you want to continue?

K is for Key. What keys to success can you leave for upcoming entrepreneurs and leaders?

He recently posted my answers on his website.

While I am a “Momentum Speaker,” Derrick is an “Encouragement Speaker.” He, too uses stories and humor to deliver powerful messages and his main encouragement is to never give up. Derrick also does a lot for his community, including “Derrick’s Closet” and his “Welcome to My City” series. Check it out!

Derrick is also a master networker (He doesn’t need a copy of Nose-to-Nose Networking, but I sent him one as a thank you) – take a look at his networking page with lots of photos of him and his activities.

Thanks, Derrick!
